Emmm I have my calculations wrong & it's more like 17kg.
I won't need a new wardrobe because I don't fit in the one I have.
Oh & it's the vino. I'm on the wagon (excluding a week away in Februar) until Easter. Just need make sure I don't swap glass of vino for chocolate bar.
I'm drooling here !

I didn't realize how many calories are in wine until recently, apparently it's about 300 calories a glass

Well now there's a question
According to the scales in the changing room I have lost 3 kilos since Tuesday. According to the scales in the gym I have put on a kilo since Tuesday
I will settle for
I need a belt to keep my jeans up
I have a hint of biceps
I have buns of steel
My runners legs are coming back, ie, strong and sturdy, but even if I say so myself, quite shapely !
I feel like I'm getting my fitness back, feel better than I have done for a long time, which I know is where I need to be if I want to lose serious weight. So not unhappy with current situation
