How we all? Still in one piece I hope.
We are all ok... hols are our happy times... school on the other hand has not always been great. Howlers anxiety rising, my calm sweet girl is being replaced by incredibly anxious v easily triggered little girl. Squirrels ok but hwk tends to cast a dark shadow over weekends And itβs always a big of a wild card as to what a school year will bring for george... but his 1:1 is lovely and sheβs carrying on with him,
Still would rather be bundling them into a camper van and heading off to learn as we live xxx

Back to school has come around too quickly for me! Littlebee has not realised she is back on Wed but the anxiety will start again I am sure tomorrow evening. Dreading the next few weeks but at least she has the same LSA staying with her to help manage her sensory needs and the school are starting art therapy and theraplay too.
Babybee on the other hand LOVES school but her sisters anxiety will impact her too.
We are also having a change of childcare arrangements which is also going to have an impact on both of them.
Wishing everyone strength and patience for the new term xxx

Managed three good days at school - still no permanent TA but promised that is being worked on. Same teacher and two classroom assistants as last year so not too bad as only really a classroom change (to next door) and a peg change in cloakroom. Happy we have a school who gets it and know Sqk now - amazing to think he is in year 4. And so far no phone calls form school - unlike last year - although we did completely change his world as we moved

Very different for us, not as action packed as usual, Simba spent too much time on his own, but we did some nice things. He was quite happy to get back to school, mainly because of the girl he's been pining over for months.
So, he is 15, year 11. Its going to be a tough one, but this time next year he will have left school and be in college !
