We are in the ferry queue to go Liverpool to Belfast on the overnight ferry. We have Shrimp with us. We have at least a two hour wait and We've been traveling most of the day to get here. We are wild camping along the Wild Atlantic Way for a week. I have got two young carers with me; niece and family friend. So fingers crossed!

We have wild camped for three nights on beaches. Got soaked last night. Boys kayaked for two hours last night and had a wonderful time. Little Minnow struggling with his attitude of 'you owe me'. Shrimp delightful and enjoying everything. Big Fiah going with the flow and enjoying the craic.

We have completed the first part of the Wild Atlantic Way- The Northern Headlands and are on way back to Dublin. We camped every night. Only one night on site the rest wild camping. Everyone started to get into the flow of things. Another two weeks and we'd be on a roll. Really hard work though and only made manageable by the sense of humour of the carers! We just sit in the front of the van and make faces at each other. They are also very good at just waiting for the tantrums to pass. They also back up what I say or ask. Well trained ;-)
