Consoled myself with new PJs and half a tankini from M&S
Quick visit to gym and allotment to pick raspberries
Completed task for today of washing all the loose covers off sofa and chairs

Day 5- Work, gym, allotment - knackered
Day 6 - work , did a big presentation I've been working on for weeks, dished out chocolate - every one happy, got myself some brownie points. People here don't really know my work background, think I'm starting to surprise them a bit went to pet superstore to get feeding blocks for fish. Spent ages looking at fishies, some really cool looking mini sharkfish, would need a bigger tank, I could really get into this........ Day 7 - little boys room looking a bit tooooo tidy

Loved reading this gave me such a giggle...
Imagining the conversation with Gordon.... leaves loads to the imagination
Wish I could have been a fly on the wall during the work presentation bet you blew their socks off....
Sooo impressed with all the jobs you have done..... wish I had your energy....
Need to get started here then, looks a bit like your understairs cupboard has exploded all over the farmhouse.... guests will never believe it

Day 7 continued
4 hours down the allotment. We have loads of frogs, Simba has a fine crop of carrots and some spuds waiting for him to pick.
Day 8, rush round sainsburys, gym, hair appointment, local shops.
Go up to campsite to collect. Get the biggest smile and hug.
Lasts about an hour. Big fight about having a bath and changing clothes, he was very stinky as you should be after scout camp, but there are limits
Gearing up for another one over teeth and bed
Business as usual then
