Making the EHCP process work - outcomes focus!

There are some useful resources here to help anyone going through the EHCP process. The key thing seems to be to state high but realistic expectations and develop really strong outcomes. Never mind the funding school has to demonstrate the outcomes so don't give them wriggle room. Don't get too obsessed by the number of hours of support but make sure you say what you expect to see and be clear about the trajectory - if anyone says "baby steps" when we have our panel then I am going to jump on it straight away as baby steps will not get Monkey Boy to where he needs to be to be a productive and happy member of society.
