Blimey Serrakunda that sounds bad. Get yourself down the doc's and have your blood pressure checked.
Try and have an early night tonight and take it easy over the weekend.
Any chance a friend could have Simba for a few hours to give you a rest?

Don't have much to do tomorrow, Simba has a pool party on Sunday so I have to take him there but fortunately don't have to get in the pool myself Hopefully friends mum won't mind me sloping off to the park for a hour for a snooz, but have important school meeting on Monday at 10.00 which I have to prepare for.

Take a bit of time to make a list serrakunda. Tick off what you have done as you go, find a way of cutting some corners where you can and totally scrub out anything you can from the list.
I'd get yourself checked out too, blood sugar or bp may be low. Are you only sleeping 5 hours because you are stressed?
Don't take on anything new. Sorry I sound like I'm nagging, ease up on yourself xx

At the risk of sounding like my Mother - Had you eaten today?
I got to 3.20pm today and realised not only had I not had lunch, but I hadn't even had breakfast, just two mugs of coffee all day, so I ended up eating breakfast at 3.30pm, skipped lunch and had tea at 7pm.
No wonder I had a headache.

Do look after yourself... You're a very important person sending you a v comfy hammock somewhere v quiet... Seriously though give yourself a break, cut out all non essential jobs for a while and catch up on some rest

Yes I had eaten, but had been rushing around all day. I've never been a good sleeper but of course pre Simba I could flake out on the sofa after work and have a decent lie in at the weekend to catch up. Will be having an early night with a hot chocolate

I sympathise..peewit has woken me up every night for weeks to tell me he is sad...sometimes I am too tired to ask him why..as for the easter bonnet.... I just thought life at the moment is too short.. I went to the local charity shop and asked the children to choose a hat each..thats as much as I could do...I didn't care that they were they only children wearing crazy hats... and anyway peewit preferred his court jester hat and lapwing loved her happy birthday cake hat... who is that cares about easter bonnet hats...just other mums who have the luxury of children who are not traumatised and anxious most of their week......which is of course how it should be... take care and remember you don't need to be super mum all the time... take some hours off... x
