Is it frustration Serrakunda? Or noise levels? Or do you have a headache? How is your back now?
Hugs To you both.
My head is exploding with frustration, Been a tough day. Actually a tough couple of months...one of those phases where PACE feels almost impossible, and everything is unrewarding.
Sending you both horse-pill size painkillers and a darkened room.

Just silence (say 10 minutes), time on my own doing not very much and 10 hours sleep would sort me

The OTT screaming, squealing, shouting, chanting of names, made up words, hand clapping, flapping....................................

Mmmmm sending some your way Daffin, but can I have some too. Especially the sleep. I am soooooo utterly sick of bad nights. Utterly utterly sick.
Serrakunda, it definitely sounds like you need a darkened room. Kipper doesn't do the same things as Simba, but he is loud and he is constant, and I can often relate to your tales of personal space being invaded, or being climbed and jumped on. His autistic traits or sensory traits or whatever they are are more evident this week, crashing and pushing against me, being in my space, often only inches from me and hyper actively squirming. Ironically he's flinching and stropping if I touch him.
The squealing and repetitive stuff must be extremely wearing and invasive. Sending ear defenders (for you this time). And a big bubble Pluto-style.

Is it worse due to the transport issues or is it just horrible coincidence? xx

Well it's certainly ramped up again. I do have a plan and will be speaking to GP about getting some assessments but it will take time. It's just so wearing. I was upstairs tidying the bedrooms this evening, the downstairs door was shut, I might as well have been in the same room . Starting to affect work a bit, just can't concentrate, made a few stupid errors, nothing major or irretrievable but feeling a bit like on a slippery slope.

I have no words of wisdom and haven't been on the forums for a while but know from previous reading what a fab team you are. So just sending admiration and virtual support

Hi Serrakunda I hope you've had a better day today. It's amazing how they know just how to push our buttons at the worst moments isn't it? Sending you a hug and some positive vibes - hopefully you're getting some quiet time now. Is he in bed yet?
