10 years ago, Fairy Basslet desperately wanted a new mum. Didn't care about having a dad!
Yesterday, in church, she left her place at the back with the rest of the youth, came and sat with me and leaned on me, head against shoulder.
It was a precious moment.

How can such a simple gesture evoke such response from people who have never met you or Fairy Basslet? What a wonderful moment and what a wonderful place to have people recognise this simple gesture as the massive step it is.
Well done Corkwing, Kermit and of course Fairy Basslet.
Cale x

FAB. I truly believe the Holy Spirit is at work in our children.Mine come out with such intimate things after going to church. This week I saw a very sulky teen (with her foster carer) in our service kicking chairs and pouting/ texting . But when a song began she slowly mouthed the words and visibly relaxed. Shame she didn't have your shoulder too Corkwing, sounds like a great place to be growing up next to....!
