Fresh pineapple is good as are destoned prunes, they are really sweet and taste nice and a few a day can help keep LO regular.

Kiwi fruit is another good fruit to get things moving.
If you need medication Movicol is probably best choice for prescription mess. Once diluted with required amount of water can be flavoured with juice or squash. Alternatively comes in a chocolate milkshake flavour!!
Good luck LB x

Poppet can get constipated...she is a 'dairy queen' which can effect her BM. I have found that A spoon of calfig (syrup of figs) can help (if she doesn't take it on the spoon then I will mix it into a drink), Dried fruit is also good, as are of ranges/satsuma's etc.
Just be aware that Bananas are not good if constipated (unless very very ripe) as they can plug even more.

Apples are good, as are prunes (destoned) and syrup of figs, a tried and tested remedy. Also very effective are the all bran cereals, either on their own or added to another cereal of choice. I like sultana bran.

I second Movicol if you need meds. My little one has 2 sachets a day mixed in his squash and it keeps him nice and regular!
