probably a bit late now but would not bother if they have not done it legally. They cannot just ask you to pick your child up there is a proper procedure to adhere to but no time at the moment to go into details.

I would be fuming too, they are the experts, why can they not deal with challenging behaviours? That's what they get paid for after all..............

mr gsh went with printout of legal requirements for exclusions tucked under arm........Middly stayed in school till end of day. he's in isolation for rest of week but at least not at home. Annoyed with school as he was being rude and name calling but similar stuff to normal and not usually excluded. They seem to make a special effort to exclude him at times of high stress in our family. He was excluded from mainstream the week I was giving birth to little chick.....

I am completely exhausted! From 10.30-4pm I emptied boxes while the removal men brought them in. Had the kitchen cupboards loaded up and all beds and furniture in place before my mum arrived. Brief blip to deal with school stuff at lunchtime but then sent mr gsh into battle on that one while I opened more boxes and then helped my mum find things! Middly in meltdown again once he got home as I wouldn't let him go to bell ringing (think there needed to be some consequence for getting himself banned from the rest of the week's fire safety course.)so he bacame extremely rude and agressive. Thankfully the school retracted the exclusion but it did make for a crazy day. Also had to look after foster bro at tea time as the in laws were at a funeral. More unpacking tomorrow as well as a physio appt for eldest, a therapy appt for middly, a music lesson for middly, a dentist appt for little chick, an interview for potential new member of staff for mr gsh and eldest's birthday to get ready for. Please middly STAY AT SCHOOL!
