I thought I'd start a thread for specialist schools so we can add to it over time as I know many of us are researching specialist schools for our AC so we can share our finds and thoughts on various schools on the one thread.
It will be helpful to others who are considering moving their children when they find their current schools are not meeting their needs etc.
Please feel free to add your own finds, giving a bit of a summary, stating age range, including links, etc.

A residential specialist school based in West Lothian in Scotland who use PLACE and understand attachment. Moore House Care & Education was established in 1988 to work with young people who have experienced real challenges in life.
We are a dynamic organisation offering residential services; education; day provision; and psychological services. Through working in partnership with professional colleagues, parents/carers, and young people, we are able to develop bespoke packages to meet individual young people’s needs.
All our work recognises the importance of attachments and supports the development of life enriching bonds. Through relationships, we offer young people opportunities to enjoy success and develop into young adults with positive futures. To reflect our approach, our staff are trained in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy/Practice (DDP).
Young people live, grow and learn by developing healthy positive relationships with caring, resilient, trusted staff.
