Nutella - well gluten & dairy free equivalent in the house. Lemon & sugar out of the house as the only safe things usually for Sqk & I. Having second round tonight at joint Brownies/Guides meeting - taking my own mixture so Sqk can have some as well.

Kitt had chocolate on hers at school but didn't like that (does like chocolate separately of course). So just sprinkled sugar on them at home - went down a treat. I was very impressed with her first effort at pancake flipping too: loved the laughter as she did it!! She's such a giddy kipper at the best of times.

I've been away for a week and AD has been looking after my pets. She told me that she and her ex boyfriend (who remains a close friend) were making pancakes. He inadvertently left the bag of flour on the kitchen top. My Romanian dog spotted it and quickly had flour all over the kitchen and over herself (shaggy coat). My daughter said her friend could hardly bear to tell her what had happened. The dog had to be bathed and the flour got everywhere in the kitchen.
