DD has just started using "totes", which I am going to grow to dislike hugely. But that's not quite as annoying currently as her use of "Really?" as an expression of disdain about just about everything I (and most other adults) do.

oh yes - Sooz, I established that the "oh come on" is a regular on Ninjago and like Toko have asserted full parental objections to it being used with me... we also have a weird "jinx, you owe me a can of soda, no returns" ? I'm not convinced either of them know what soda is or "no returns" and I don't really know why it's so annoying, could it be that it is MEANINGLESS!

"What !!!!" irritates me along with his inability to gain weight and his wash board stomach. Very jealous
Oh and the flicking of his hand like some rap star !

I say my bad... Working with teenagers I soak up a lot of their vocabulary lol.
The one I can't keep up with is the complex system of dating... From "talking", to "meeting" to "seeing" to "going out" to "Facebook relationship". The latter incidentally is not some sort of grooming that only takes place on social media, it means a relationship that is worth changing your relationship status on Facebook for!

Oh! My bad is the one I hate the most!!
While staying with mr j once he said it. I made out I didn't know what he was talking about and said 'my bad what?' (In my bestest English accent, which doesn't come easily being an eastend girl!). Any way he explained what it meant and I did give him a down the nose stare and said 'oh, I see'....he's never said it again, but then he's old, like me lol.
And I've decided I'm going to practise my mum death stare....like the sound of that!! I do have one, it's been known to make snooz stop dead in his tracks, but I have lapsed!
