We are broken down in Wales, waiting for AA van. Otherwise had a good few days and Shrimp and Little Minnow have mainly got on well! Big Fish been a bit poorly overnight but we did our usual and got up to the second lake on Snowdon and came down in snow.

It's not much fun breaking down. I once broke down with five children with me! Hope you get rescued soon.

Hope you broke down in a 'safe' place---last time I broke down was in the fast lane of the M25---the whole motorway had to be halted so that I could be pushed to safety

Yes we are back. Had to drive all the way without stopping as starter motor had packed up. Kids in bed by 10.20. I'm now zombie like on the settee. Carer had to cancel tonight as she has possible glandular fever which is now making me think that could possibly be the reason for my three week sore throat and swollen glands and LM's sore throat and huge glands (now gone), Big Fish has just had endless phlegm. Snowdon was great. Well recommended in the proper gear and with emergency kit. We came down in snow and had dressed appropriately before we started. There was a group going up without waterproofs??? This morning the bloke who owns the ex scout hut where we stay arrived very sweaty. He'd just cycled 60 miles around the Snowdon area so all hills. Very impressed!

Glad to hear you all made it back home safely.
Is this the same mothership that was ailing previously?

Yes it is JMK. It is the same Mothership that is in the middle of the dispute with the council about transport!
