I started 'liking' posts as I was praying but then felt it inappropriate to 'like' the kenyan massacre and other traumatic topics. Thoughts and prayers to all who need them though. xxx

Thank you for your prayers. I was out in 6 days after a total knee and that's very major surgery. Pain management is a struggle so if you could continue in your prayers.
Blossom only had 1 big wobbler and that was safely contained Very very grateful for your kind support and prayer

Hi I'd appreciate prayers for our 19 year old 'respite foster daughter' (can't think of a simpler description!!). She's pregnant for the third time this year, this time reaching the three month stage (previous miscarriage and ectopic). She's living with an abusive guy, she's very much isolated at times, but she's lovely and would make a lovely mum given the right circumstances. I feel such responsibility to help her protect this little one (assuming the pregnancy is OK), but so hard to know how to do that - I guess I need wisdom... Thanks Ceci

At a race today a runner collapsed & was bring treated by St Johns Ambulance . It was the father of the runner behind me. I understand he had a heart attack & as went past they were getting the defrib out.
I do not know the outcome
My prayers for that family tonight & all of the prayers above
Thinking of you all

Please pray for a family very dear to us who have lost a special man. Amazing Dad and foster carer to more than 80 children over the last 15 years. So sad - he literally just fell asleep which is a great way to go - just not at 45. Thank you.

My mum is moving round the corner from us tomorrow - eeek! The plan is that it will make life easier with a safe bolt hole for the boys round the corner. Inevitably it will bring stresses too and mr Gsh is probably feeling more worried than he is letting on. Middly is also freaking out - even though he will love having grandma nearby (he just doesn't cope with change at all). Please pray that we can all manage the transition calmly. My mum has lived on the other side of the country for the last 40 years so she will find it a huge change.
