MASSIVELY long document ....................................... 320 pages!
Gets better from about page 120 on, (before that is lots of charts)
Would take about a week to read it all but is very insightful and tells it like it is, "warts and all" as adoptive parents and children were interviewed for this survey.
Well worth the read if you have the time
